Are there any setup fees?
No. There is no setup fee and no onboarding charge. You pay one flat monthly price and we get everything built and live.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Everything is month to month, and you can cancel any time. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you into a year.
What do the monthly plans include?
Three simple plans. Essential ($199/month) covers the fundamentals of getting found online: a professional website, domain and hosting, your Google Business Profile, local SEO, and monthly reporting. Growth ($299/month) adds the tools that turn visibility into customers: lead and call tracking, review management, and a dedicated lead page. Pro ($399/month) adds managed Google Ads and more aggressive customer acquisition. All three are fully done for you.
Is the Google Ads budget included in the price?
Ads are a Pro-plan feature, so the Essential and Growth plans don't run Google Ads and have no ad budget. On the Pro plan, your ad budget is separate and entirely yours: it goes straight to Google, and we never mark it up or take a cut. The monthly fee covers building, running, and optimizing the ads; you decide how much to spend on top of that.
How fast can we go live?
Usually about two weeks. Once we have your details and photos, we build your website, set up your Google profile, and get your local SEO and ads in place, with no drawn-out process.
Do I need to change the systems I already use?
Usually not. We work around the tools you already use wherever practical: booking systems, POS systems, contact forms, phone numbers, scheduling tools, and other business software.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We focus on independent local businesses that depend on customers finding them in a specific town or service area, including restaurants, trades, salons, repair businesses, professional services, and other owner-operated businesses. If local customers search Google for what you do, there is a good chance we can help.
When will I see results?
We will be honest with you: some things improve within the first few weeks, like a stronger Google listing and more calls, while fuller results from SEO and ads build over a few months. Your monthly report shows the progress the whole way, in plain English.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no cancellation fees and no penalty. Because everything is month to month, you are free to leave whenever you like.
